I like these knives.  One just like these but with a black handle came in a gift I received a few years ago.  It's very sharp.  I have been trying to find steak knives I like for a long time.  Will be giving these a shot.  Was disappointed at the mini block they came in.  Surprisingly junky.

5 of 5 Elegant steak knives January 2, 2020

Very elegant (I think) - will go with silver at a dinner table.  I like the very pointed blade - gets every meaty scrap from a lamb shop!  Also I like all things Laguiole.  tres francais.

5 of 5 Classy steak knives by Laguiole July 11, 2018

I've always wanted these knives for my table and guests.  You can't beat Laguiole for its long, long standing reputation especially for the wine bottle uncorker often used by the someliere (sp) in finer restaurants.  Laguiole not only supplies fine, lasting craftsmanship but also style.  Raise the honor level of your table with Laguiole.  PS:  I got my "uncorkers" in Dijon, France in 2014.
