Wow---did not know what to expect with Winter White!   The texture and flavor are beyond description. I purchased two bottles with one intended as a holiday gift.  Yum-maybe not!

This is our favorite honey! It's good in tea and spreads so nicely on toast and English muffins. My husband is diabetic and he has a teaspoon of it every morning. He says that the honey helps to keep his blood sugars stable.
