Made from mild, round red peppers, Pimentón Dulce or Sweet Spanish Paprika is made from round red peppers that are mild. Pimentón Picante or Hot Spanish Paprika is made from long red peppers that are hot. Both these Paprikas are oakwood-smoked for several weeks for deep, woodsy flavor.
