Both couples really like the mugs. I like the design and very pleased with the 16oz size .I have always gotten good reviews on gifts from this catalog. Sharon took my order when I called with a problem and we had a good talk . Thanks

I really love the Butterfly Mugs from Menus and Music because they are pretty and very light in weight.  The mug is a nice size for a large cup of tea or coffee or your favorite soup or broth.  Fun to use for a cold or hot liquid refreshment.
The shopping experience with Menus and Music is always pleasant.

I suspect that you offer an item sight unseen. the mugs were shipped wrapped in newspaper with Spanish text and were not the size advertised. You advertised 16 oz. mugs. When unwrapped it was obvious that these mugs are smaller. I filled a 16 oz measuring cup with water; filled to the top the mugs held 14oz. If you desire to pick up the mug and drink from it, you can only fill 13.5 oz. This is a huge difference if you want 16 oz. mugs. I would not have ordered these.
