Rich 70% chocolate with fleur de sel, 'flower of salt', in a stoneware tumbler. Microwave for a few seconds or heat gently on the stove top in simmering water. The stoneware tumbler keeps the chocolate melted for at least 45 minutes. The fleur de sel crystals help to enhance the flavors of any fruit, bread, or marshmallow that you dunk. Reheat as many times as you like. 7 oz. is approximately 6 servings.
